Baby Brooklyn

My cute manager had her baby last thursday. She was so nuts, her water broke in the morning at like 8 and then she came into work at did this ladys perm before she went to the hospital! And it was her first kid!

She brought Brooklyn in to show off, and she sure was cute! Lots of hair :-)

Game Night!

Tonight we went over to Chris and Amiee's and had a BBQ and game night, woo hoo! They had a couple of other couples there so we got to make new friends! We had hot dogs and chicken and hamburgers that were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. One of them turned out looking like a kidney :-)

Then we played Cranium Pop which was really fun, then Moods- fun too, and then Apples to Apples.

My team won cranium all due to my amazing Star Trek knowledge and sculptoration guessing skills. And Greg won Apples to Apples. We got a couple of winners in this family :-)

Black Dating

For some reason I receive an email every day for Black Singles, or Black Dating. I have no idea how I got signed up for their mailing list, or why even though I've tried to make them junk mail they always come back to my Inbox. But I think that they might kick me out of the club if they ever found out I was just a little white girl.
Or married.

The newest obsession in our house

Gregs bro Tyler got him into watching the show, and let him borrow the first 3 seasons so he could catch up. I personally hate this kind of show, i don't like mystery, i don't like suspense, i don't like creepy "others". But G is hooked. Every time I walk into the living room its on. I think he only has half of the 3rd season left to go, but each season has 24 episodes that are 40 minutes long!

Happy will be the day when these sets are returned to their owner.

My Day Off :-)

Wednesdays are my favorite days. I get wed and Sun off of work, but since Sunday's I still have to get up early and look nice for church and then go to 30 different Enrichment meetings, it dosnt count as one.
Today Im going to do whatever I want! And some stuff I have to.

9:30 Wake up! - i love sleeping in
9:35 Blog - who knows how long this will take
Eat breakfast somewhere in here
Do my hair - Being a stylist is so hard, I have to look good everyday so I can advertise for myself :-P
Put on Jeans!!! - I have to wear black slacks every day to work and a skirt to church
12:00 Run to Greg's work to drop off keys he forgot
Deposit my paycheck $$$ now we wont go negative!
1:30 Go to lunch with Ash!
Get home and work on my MK inventory so we can do our taxes
And finally get to read some of my books

More then a Woman is a biography on Bette Davis' life. So far its very interesting

The first non-fiction novels Ive ever picked out and amazingly I actually like both of them!

16 more Hours!

He's Almost home!! This is my last night of sleeping alone! I'm so excited I can hardly wait, Ive been looking through old pictures and found this cute one of G and my sister from when we were dating! We went to Lagoon when my family was up here in Utah visiting, this is on the Rattle Snake Rapids, he looks so cute!

Night 4

So this week Greg's been up in Wyoming working with his Dad. He's opening a new hotel up in Cody and since G hasn't been working he decided to take his spring break and go up and make some money moving all the furniture in. It sounds like pretty tough work when I talk to him! Every night at about 8:30 I get a phone call and by 9 o'clock he is pooped and heading to bed!

Today after work he and Chris decided to drive up to Yellowstone to check if it was open, and on the way out they got caught in a stampede of buffalo! OK maybe not a stampede, but he said about 10-15 buffalo running to and fro all over the road! They said it was pretty scary and were lucky not to get hit by any of them.

As for me, Ive been trying to find things to entertain me while Im all alone. Ive been watching alot of Seinfeld. Greg was surprised I even let him go for the week I usually get so scared when he's gone for just one night. But this week Ive been very brave! The only problem now is I haven't been able to fall asleep at night. I dont know if its because of the time change and its staying light later, or if I just need G there with me in bed to make me fall asleep, but last night I was up till 1:30 in the morning! Tommorrow I have to be at work at 9, so I hope Im able to get some shut eye tonight!
