Five Braids

Tatum insisted on five braids for our ward bbq this weekend. One would not do. Two? Out of the question. It had to be five.
She got many compliments on them, so I guess she knows what shes talking about.

The Many Faces of...

This little girl has got a ton of personality. She goes from 0-60 in about 3 seconds, always keeping us on our toes. As much as Greg and I try to be, she's pretty much the boss around here. She's stubborn, sassy, and quite ornery, but she also gives the sweetest hugs and kisses. I love to hear her say "thank you Mom!"

And this is a classic Tate face. I see it at least 50 times a day. 

New Camera, Old Picnik

Used the last of the tax return and got myself a Cannon Rebel T2i! I love it and and super excited to learn more how to use all of the manual functions. The store I bought it from threw in a four week class, and the library is having a two part class next month. So I got in just in time.

I had my second Midwife appointment yesterday. There wasn't much to it since I am still not very far along, but it is always great to hear that little heartbeat. Tate came with me and thought it was pretty cool to hear the baby, and to watch me pee in the cup. She kept asking "why are you doing that?" very confused. I can't wait to start feeling this little one moving around. That is one of the best parts of being pregnant!

Fit Pregnancy tells me this little one is about 4 1/2 inches long, about the size of a small gerbil :)

Disney!

You thought Disneyland was magical? Well just try adding your very own flesh and blood, princess loving, mickey ear wearing, singing along to the music, super cute 2 1/2 year old daughter. I could of died from happiness.

We are expecting baby #2 in early September!

Im about 11 weeks along and have been feeling awful the whole time. I wasn't sick with Tate at all, so maybe its a boy :) Tatum is pretty sure its a girl and is very excited to tell everyone "Im going to be a Big Sister!!"

First Ballet Class

These videos are to cute for words. Watching her do ballet, in her little leotard and slightly too big shoes because they dont make a small enough size, was possibly the happiest morning of my life. Im so excited to take her every week in 2012!!









 She only asks to go to ballet class about 12 times a day now :)

Snokards

So it only took me a year to finish Greg's stocking 

(well it was in my sewing box from jan-nov this year)

The goal last year was to do one for each of us, same pattern just different fabric for each person.

Today Tate and I went to Target and picked out some for ourselves.

She insisted on getting the tiny one :)
