More like Stink Mango! I heard all this hype about the new frozen yogurt place and decided to try it out. It was gross!
I didnt know it was going to be a tart, real yogurt flavor. I wanted healthy icecream!
Even the mango topping I got on it was way sour, not like jamba juice mango.
Plus it was $9 for the two smalls we got!

Carter's
I forgot to post some of our Vegas pictures, so here's the rest of our trip :-)
We got to hang out with Steve Erin and Raquel for our last day there. It was fun to see them and their cute little house.
They took up to the Bass Pro Shop, which is like 100 x's better then Cabela's! They had stuffed giraffe and lions! Also this really huge fish tank with lots of cool looking fishies. I guess they have a mermaid dive in and swim around every day, but we just missed her.

Fishin'
We had the day off together and decided to drive up to Heber to try some fly fishing. It was so warm and beautiful outside. I set up a little spot with a blanket and chair to read while Greg took off into the wilderness. I think we were out for about 2 1/2 hours, and I made sure we sun screened up. I got a nice tan from about the elbow down, and a little color on my legs. I guess G didn't think his arms needed much protection so he got a nice sunburn.
It was so relaxing listening to the river, soaking up the sun, and reading. I couldn't wait to start my book challenge, so when I went to the library to see what I could check out I got Little Alters Everywhere, the prequel to YaYa, so I could start reading right away.

Southern Reading Challenge
In honor of the glorious summer months approaching, and that fact that I will always be a Texas girl (therefore southern girl) in my heart, Ive decided to take on:
Rules: You may choose to read any Southern book such as Appalachian tales, Civil War sagas, Gothic myths, Grit lit, and heart-wrenching biographies. Just as long as you read three (fiction or nonfiction) between May 15th and August 15th.
http://maggiereads.blogspot.com/ <--- go here for more details
I picked out my three books
First will be
I have seen the movie and really liked it, but I dont remember alot of the details. Plus the book is always different, and usually better.Next isI had to read this for an English class in highschool, I think it was freshman year, and I think it was actually one of the only required reading books I actually finished. Although again I dont remember the details very well. I always hated being forced to read a certain anything, so I think Ill like it alot more this time around. My favorite book of all time, The Poisonwood Bible, was an english required reading my sophmore year, and I struggled to read it and hated it until I picked it up after highschool. I think Ive read it like 6 times by now.
Last but not leastI found this on Maggie Reads under her suggestions. I figured I needed to pick one book I hadnt read or seen an adaption of. Plus the main character is pregnant, and I like to read about people in like situations as mine.
Im really excited to get started! I just have to wait 9 stinkin' days to start!

It was a loooooong day at UVU. Commencement started at 10:30 where President Monson gave the speech, and was awarded an honorary doctorate. Also Sister Monson and the lady who owns the Holiday Lanes (bowling alley) up in Heber were awarded honorary doctorates.
After we went to La Carreta's, a Peruvian restaurant, with Bob, LuAnn, Heidi, Dave, and Abby. It was really tasty!
Then the buisness department had their diploma handing out ceremony at 2:30. Super fun 2 hours.
